Coupons would be used by customers purely from the website. If we have specials or discount coupons, this could be already added by ITAV. An added coupon can be gained by loyalty points. There might be a Christmas special and a special coupon would be available. Coupons are only available for a limited time and they do expire.

E-Codes are coupon codes given out at Events. ITAV have been involved in events such as: Fundraising events, Educational Conferences, Markets, Community Events, Village Party, Private Functions 9wedding, birthdays)...  These codes will be available on the flyers that are given out at that event. We will also have the expiry dates available here on the website but not the code e.g. E-Code given at the ECE EXPO expires on 30/09/2022. 
One of the reasons we will use E-Codes is to see where our sales come from and what events or methods we can invest in more.
